Terms of Use

A short, honest overview of how the service works: payment, suspension for non-payment, backups and other important points.

1. General

ODOO24 (the “Service”) is managed Odoo Community hosting provided by WEBA24. By signing up and creating a server you agree to these terms.

You own the data you put into Odoo and are responsible for its content and legality.

2. Subscription & payment

The Service runs on a subscription. Available periods: monthly, semi-annual (−5%) and yearly (−10%). Prices are in euros.

Your server is provisioned once payment is received. You can pay by card or by bank invoice.

You can upgrade your plan anytime. Price changes for active subscriptions are announced in advance.

3. Non-payment & suspension

When the paid period ends, the subscription becomes overdue and the server is automatically stopped — the site and data become unavailable. The data itself is still kept for now.

If payment is not renewed within 10 days of suspension, the server and all of its data are queued for deletion and may be permanently removed without the possibility of recovery.

As soon as payment arrives before deletion, the server is automatically started again with all data intact.

4. Backups

We automatically back up your server every day.

Only the 7 most recent backups are kept (about one week). Older ones are deleted automatically.

You can restore from any kept backup yourself, in a few clicks from the dashboard.

Once a server is permanently deleted, its backups are deleted too. For business-critical data we recommend making your own exports periodically.

5. Test & dev copies

On the Business plan you can create a dev/test copy of your server — a full copy of your data, cheaper than prod (−50% of the plan; both copies, dev+test, together — 80% of the plan).

Copies have no automatic backups and are neutralized: they don't send email or run automations, so your real customers aren't affected.

You can delete a copy anytime yourself — the unused remainder of the payment is returned as account credit, applied to future payments. An unpaid copy is automatically deleted 3 days after it stops.

A tested copy can be promoted to prod — its data replaces your working server. We automatically back up prod before the replacement.

6. Data & infrastructure

Servers run on cloud infrastructure located in the European Union.

Each client gets an isolated environment with its own subdomain and SSL certificate.

7. Privacy & data protection

To run the Service we process: account data (name, email), technical logs and server metrics, and payment data. The content inside your Odoo (your customers, documents, etc.) belongs to you — we process it only as a technical operator to deliver the service.

Data is stored on infrastructure located in the European Union. We share with third parties only as needed for the service: the payment provider (for payments) and the mail relay (for service emails). We do not sell your data.

Security: encrypted connections (TLS), an isolated environment per client, daily backups. Staff access only when needed for support.

Account data is kept while the account is active. Once a server is permanently deleted, its data and backups are removed (see the non-payment and backups sections above).

8. GDPR & your rights

For the data inside your Odoo, you are the data controller and WEBA24 is the processor, acting on your instructions to provide hosting. For your account data, WEBA24 is the controller.

You have GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability. To exercise them, write to our data-requests email (see “Company details”).

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request. We notify you of data incidents affecting you without undue delay.

9. Odoo Enterprise

By default we provide Odoo Community with all modules. Odoo Enterprise is available on request (Enterprise plan): we connect it with your license or help you obtain one.

10. Support

Support in Ukrainian and English. Requests go through tickets in the dashboard and the Telegram bot (available on all plans): instant answers to common questions, plus an operator on request. Response time depends on your plan.

11. Refunds

A paid period is non-refundable. You can stop renewing at any time — the server keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful content, sending spam, or actions that deliberately overload or harm the infrastructure or other clients. We may suspend a server in case of abuse.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page; we notify clients of material changes.
